A Chartered Accountant, Cost & Management Accountant and Company Secretary with 27 Years of experience, having held Sr Finance, CFO positions in Cos like Empire Finance, Daewoo, AMEX, CSC, Citigroup, Tata AIG, Early to late-Stage Tech and Non-Tech Startups.

He has wide experience in Investment Banking in Public Markets, Banking & Treasury . He has played a key role in fund raise from India and International Debt markets. He has spent several years in Business Finance & Strategy for AMEX, Controller & Secretarial function for CSC India and Business Projects for CSC Singapore and Headed Finance for Citi & AIG.

He has been the founding member of Four Axes and has been handling various Tech Startups through various stages of evolution. He is the Founding member of MSME IPO Chambers, an Industry body established for developing an ecosystem for enabling Start-ups and SMEs in India to raise funds through private and public markets, debts, listing on Stock Exchange.

A Chartered Accountant by profession with 26 Years of experience in Banking (BOA), Education Industry and Tech Startups handling Operations, Controllership and Business roles across Multiple Jurisdictions.

She has vast experience of running finance and accounting process in various companies including Startups. She has been involved in business process re engineering projects.

Vinita has been visiting Faculty in London School of Economics providing Industry and Business aspects to the students.

Vinita is highly process driven and is a team player. She and ensures timely and efficient delivery and operational excellence to our clients.
